This forum has been created by the Right to Education Division of NCPCR. Anybody is free to register in the forum and to participate in the discussions. While the forum is meant for free and open debate, we expect all participants to be respectful of others, to write only on topics of relevance to the right to education. Users who consistently violate these principles are liable to be removed from the forum, and the administrators reserve the privilege of taking required action.
