At the interior Block Damkhoda and Baheri in Distt Bareilly correption activities are reached on peak level,both of ABSA and BRC office are used as "Controll Room" of these fraudulant activities,some of the burning and sencitive fact(which are open through the help of RTI Act information )given below here-
1- The two shiksha mitra named Mr Sarfaraz Ahmad and Mr Mohd Ashraf was distributed scholarship through fraudulant and fake scholar's entries makes with school records and fordauried near about "Four lack Rupees Indian Currency" within eight year time deuration,and remark shiksha mitra their own signature illegaly as school Head Master Post and Stamp.but no one pointed and mark out in eight year(1999-2008),neither NPRC nor
ABSA.
2- after all newly appointed Head Master(from July 2008)track out this fordaury,and inform to ABSA,BSA,Ad. Basic,and Administration,but department is start torcherring and herresing to Head Master,and support to both of Shiksha Mitra,and fully encouraged to them,dept. go for protection of shiksha mitra.by a planned and fabricated complaint against Head master,department in interest of shiksha mitra support and protection,transferred against rules and regulation to Head Master to other Block location deuring the time of "Election" department also stopped salary payment of related Head-Master for "fifteen month deuration" without any alligation and against the rules.
3- after a long time struggle by Head Master in this matter,and after the Higher authorities of State level action,both of shiksha mitra appointment was cancelled by BSA Bareilly in the February 2009,but after a year time span for the Government Granted funds reovery no one "Recovery Action" has been taken against both of shiksha mitra.
4- else department is herressing and torcherring to related Head Master untill now,after an Writ Petiton at Hon'le Judicature of Allahabad Highcourt lodged by Head Master in the "illegal salary stopping matter" further "court was Noticed contempt of court" action against BSA Bareilly,salary is start now of Head Master but Arriar of Fifteen month salary not issued by department after a year.
Government(India Union and all States both)fully reform their deuties and responsibilities as required,and stablishesh a best basic structure in the country for Basic Education.but system is disturbed by its authorities/Reformers at Distt level to NPRC(Cluster Level)and many of them are engaged/envolved in only Fordauries of Granted Funds and other other fraudulant activities.Most of the ABSA (Assistant Basic Shiksha Adhikari at block Level) are not reforms their deuties as required,they acts just like a God-Father of correption and fordauries,they are the Master Mind of all fraudulant activities,correption game by a systematic process going on under supervision of these ABSA's and some of the BRC's/ABRC's and NPRC's are collectively engaged in this correption game and fully supporting to ABSA correption's.
