Forum is a place for discussing specific set of issues. For example, there are forums on inclusive education, using right to information for the right education, and other major subjects relevant to RTE. Within each forum, there can be a number of different topics that we take up for discussion. A topic has to confirm to the forum without which the message board will become chaotic and impossible to use.
A forum can be started only by the web administrators, but a topic can be initiated by any registered member.
